The New Preview for Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind is Here
Disney just announced that Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind is slated to open in EPCOT on May 27th, 2022! They also released a brand new commercial for the ride that gives us a pretty good idea of what the ride could be about.

The video begins with a guest talking about the Nova Corps outpost at EPCOT on Earth being in danger. Spaceship Earth is just outside of the window.
Next, the people announce that everything is disappearing! We see people and things glitching out of control and completely disappearing. The Nova Corps officer is holding a communicator and, as it turns out, on the other end is Rocket, Groot, and Star-Lord!

The officer informs them to “Help the galaxy – before it’s too late!” This captures Rocket’s attention. Rocket, after unsuccessfully trying to wake Star-Lord, takes the controls and blasts off, saying “It’s save the galaxy time – again.” Disney revealed this is likely where the guests on the ride will come in to play.

This is a pretty short clip, but from what we’ve seen it’s pretty exciting. Of course, we’ve seen the new ride vehicles and we cannot wait to get on this thing. See the full video below.
